Scott Boise – Owner/ Broker

Born and raised in small town in Vermont, Scott was raised with small town values and an appreciation for all things outdoors spending his free time hunting, fishing and hiking.

After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army serving as a military policeman with the 4th Infantry Division. Since moving to Pasco county 32 years ago Scott worked for Pasco County Parks Department during the parks and library expansion days of the 1990's.

During his career with the county Scott worked during the construction and operation of Crews Lake Park, J.B. Starkey Wilderness Park and finishing up his career as Manager/Ranger of Withlacoochee River Park in Dade City.

It was here he discovered the same small town values and sense of community he knew as a boy. At this time he decided to try his hand at real estate. As a full time realtor for over twenty years, serving several terms as a director on the East Pasco Board of Realtor.
